2004

KS Management GmbH was founded on September 28, 2004 by the managing partners Edgar Kern and Alexander Schumann. Hence the name KS. Six months later, Gunter Neumann completed the company. The group’s headquarters are located in Weikersheim.

2008

Due to the growing photovoltaic market, KS Solar GmbH was spun off from KS Management GmbH in 2008 and has since been the contact for sales, planning and construction of roof systems in Germany. The two companies employ a total of nine people in the areas of planning, technology, operations management and administration.
In addition, KS Management GmbH has two subsidiaries in Palma de Mallorca, Spain: KS-Direct Mantenimientos S.L. and KS Management Energía Solar S.L. There are currently four employees working in close cooperation with the parent company on projects in Spain.
